No, our fee covers the software platform used for simplification of monitoring, reporting and verification. Third-party services are negotiated with the service providers.
The reporting period starts on January 1 each year and ends on March 31 in the next year. We designed our subscriptions in terms of a reporting period to enable you to complete your voyages and prepare your emission reports before the yearly deadlines of the industry regulations.
If you would like to continue using Enviromar after the end of the reporting period, you need to purchase new subscriptions. To do this, you need to log in, go to “Upgrade account” and order.
If no reporting period is assigned to a vessel after the expiration of the subscription, all functionalities will be disabled and your data will be deleted within 60 days.
To ensure the safety of your data, we host our platfom on Amazon EC2 and we benefit from the security of the infrastructure. More information is available here.
